Refund policy

At Abayat Hattan, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our abayas. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards.

Returns

We accept returns only in case of a manufacturing defect.

  • You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons related to size, color preference, or change of mind.

To start a return, please contact us at abayathattan@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. Photos or a short video clearly showing the manufacturing defect.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. You may return the defective item and place a new order if you wish.
